A tastefully restored late 1800's 2 bedroom (both with ensuite) self-contained cottage. The main bedroom comes with a spa for your relaxation. The cottage has front and rear verandas with an outdoor setting and barbeque at the rear. Overlooking the paddocks and cattle you have views to Mt.Roland and parts of the Western Tiers. You are welcome to walk around the property taking in poplars, chestnut trees, willows and our orchard. Our property is well situated with a variety of options to explore in any direction.

BENGEO ESTATE COTTAGE - DELORAINE TASMANIA

The historic township of Deloraine with its galleries, river walks and cafés is within 10 minutes drive. We are approximately 35 minutes from both Launceston and Devonport townships, airports and the Spirit of Tasmania ferry out of Devonport.

Some of the nearby activities include fishing (world renowned lakes & fishing), cheese factory, strawberry farm, chocolate factory, maze, historical buildings & museums, wineries and bushwalking taking in rivers and waterfalls.

A short, easy drive can take in breathtaking scenery on the way to Cradle Mountain, Liffey Falls, Meander Falls, Sheffield - the town of murals - and onto Lake Barrington.

As you sit or walk about Bengeo enjoy the tranquil peace and note our family of parrots, kookaburras, blue wrens, wattlebirds, wagtails & finches.
